Pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name, Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Lord hear Your words: Psalm 42:5 Why are you cast down, Oh my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him for the help of His countenance.

Lord hear my request: (Say your needs, wants, fears, thanksgivings) -  In Jesus name I pray - Amen
