Pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name, Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Lord hear Your words: Proverbs 10:22 An angry man stirs up strife, and a furious man abounds in transgression. 

Lord hear my request: (Say your needs, wants, fears, thanksgivings) -  In Jesus name I pray – Amen
