Pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Lord hear Your words: Psalm 73:28 But it is good for me to draw nearer God; I have put my trust in the Lord God that I may declare all your works. 

Lord hear my request: (Say your needs, wants, fears, thanksgivings) -  In Jesus name I pray – Amen.
